Brie & Fig Jam Crostini

Ingredients:
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 100g Brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Organic Harvest Fig Jam
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Arrange baguette slices on a baking tray and toast for 5 minutes.
  2. Top each slice with Brie cheese and a small spoonful of Organic Harvest Fig Jam.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and bake for another 3-4 minutes, until the cheese slightly melts.
  4. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
