
Brie & Fig Jam Crostini
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 100g Brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp Organic Harvest Fig Jam
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Arrange baguette slices on a baking tray and toast for 5 minutes.
- Top each slice with Brie cheese and a small spoonful of Organic Harvest Fig Jam.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and bake for another 3-4 minutes, until the cheese slightly melts.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
